Delivery costs

All costs quoted at time of purchase include delivery to a destination within Ireland.

*Please note that orders must be placed and paid for by 4pm, otherwise they will be processed the next day.

** Please note that delivery lead times only include working days i.e does not include Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays/Public Holidays.

Who Delivers

• Deliveries are made by our own drivers or designated courier companies.
• Customers must be available to receive and sign for their order; packages will not be left unattended.
• Drivers are instructed to obtain a signature and printed name to complete the delivery.
• Couriers do not guarantee a specific delivery window and may deliver at any time during a business day.
• Deliveries usually occur the day after you receive a dispatch email, but in some cases, it may take two days.
• For company deliveries, packages may be signed for at goods-in, a post room, or reception rather than delivered directly to the recipient.
• If a customer is unavailable, couriers will leave a card with contact details for re-delivery arrangements.
• If no contact is made within seven days, the package will be returned to Onnec. A second dispatch will incur an additional delivery charge.
• Couriers are provided with a customer contact number, but they are not required to call before delivery—this number is for their convenience in case of issues.

Damaged goods:

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 48 hours. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we will send out a replacement for the item.
